Dr. Faith Mashele is a seasoned and experienced Chartered Procurement and Supply professional (MCIPS). Her dynamic work experience spans various private and public sector supply chain roles.
Dr. Faith joined Tshwane University of Technology (TUT) in 2018, where she leads the
University’s dynamic Supply Chain portfolio. She holds a Ph.D. in Business Science from Wits University. Dr. Faith’s qualifications also include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS), a Hons B Com Degree in Financial Accounting from University of South Africa (UNISA) and a B Com degree from Wits University.
Her accolades include 2016 Best Student Award for Leading through Story Telling MBA Elective from GIBS. She also led a team that successfully achieved the award for, Most Empowered State Owned Enterprise (SOE) in terms with B-BBEE, in 2015 and 2016 respectively.
Dr Faith’s academic research has been published in the Journal of Business and Retail Management Research, a reputable international scholarly journal. She is also the inaugural Chair of the Ethics and Integrity Committee for, African Institute of Supply Chain Research (AISCR). Through this association, Dr. Faith hopes to contribute positively towards advancing knowledge and capacity through research, which translates into cross-application in practice.
